Better Giving is completely free to use. We do not charge donors or fundraisers any fees for using the platform.
Since all payments are processed through Stripe, the only cost involved is Stripe’s transaction fee, which is automatically deducted before Stripe transfers the remaining donation to you.
The full balance after Stripe’s fee is passed directly to the fundraiser. The table below is for demo purpose only. Stripe’s charge rate may change without any notice.

Domestic Cards (UK Issued)
1.5% + 20p (for standard UK cards)
Includes Consumer Visa, Consumer Mastercard, Consumer Cartes Bancaires, and consumer cards from American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, UnionPay.
Premium UK Cards
1.9% + 20p
Includes commercial, corporate, and business Visa, Mastercard, and Cartes Bancaires.
International Cards (EEA)
2.5% + 20p
Additional 2% if currency conversion is required.
International Cards (Non-EEA)
3.25% + 20p
Additional 2% if currency conversion is required.
